Razer : Nostromo Gaming Keypad (RZ07-00490100-R3)

I went searching around for a gaming mouse after purchasing WOW a week ago. So I found this item.

It's very amazing. I never use somthing like this.The directional movement, using the D-Pad, is amazing. 

The responsiveness is so clean, it moves as clean as using the mouse, rather than using the arrow keys (or A,W,D,S,Q,E). 

I personally prefer the thumb stick because it allow me to keep a little more elevation. Either way works just as well though, strictly preference.

So take about the driver and software.

Driver software is plug and play so you can just plug it in and your PC will automatically pull the drivers.

But the software to set the functions to your desires does not come in the box. You will need to download the drivers from the Razer website.

So this thing is great for gaming. Ergonomic, programmable buttons, etc. The blue lights go great with my setup, but can be switched off or lowered based on preference. The macro function works great as a left side of a keyboard and you can save programmable for any different game with automatic profile switching when launching games, and the 8 possible keypads at once per game, you literally have over 120 buttons per game at your fingertips without having to move your hand or really do anything but turn the game on and use it. Coupled with a gaming mouse, you shouldn't need anymore buttons.

I would definitely recommend for the gamer.
